Brief info

Fredrick Odhiambo has a Master’s degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (MA TESOL) from the University of Leeds in UK. He is a retired Senior Principal and has a wealth of experience in teaching English Language and Literature in Secondary Schools in Kenya including nurturing the development of Teacher Associations. He is currently an ELT Consultant, Instructor, Trainer and Chairman of English Language Professionals Association of Kenya (ELPAK). He has successfully done four professional development courses (OPEN) with AET Program sponsored by the US Embassy Kenya and Regional English Language Office Eastern Africa (‘Teaching Grammar Communicatively’, ‘Content Based Instructions’, ‘Professional Development for Teacher Trainers course’ and ‘Climate Action and Environmental Literacy in the English Language Classroom’). He has facilitated and participated in several A.S. Hornby Schools and International Association of Teachers of English as Foreign Language (IATEFL) conferences.
