Rukia Koshele Mohamed - Coordinator and founder of English Mastery Community Group (EMCG) and Secretary ELPAK as well as ALZELC Secretary-2023. She is a psychological counselor with a human resource management background. Has served as a human resource management officer at the Teachers service commission in Kenya for over ten years, and a holder of various certifications in TESOL (Building Teaching Skills Through the Interactive Web, Introduction to Pedagogy and Practices for Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages, Content-based Instruction, Professional Development for Teacher Trainers, Integrating critical thinking skills into exploration of culture in an EFL setting, Thinking globally: Global perspectives in the English language classroom [Virtual Exchange]), and a community worker and volunteer. Her niche as an English language professional is global and emerging issues in EFL. During her free time, she likes spending time with family, and nature. She is an avid reader and an aspiring writer.
